Biography

Hi! I’m Kelis Armstrong from Dallas,Texas and I’m a rising sophomore at Howard University majoring in Health Management. I’ve competed in track and field for over 10 years and I am currently a long and triple jumper. I’m passionate about leading an active lifestyle. You'll often find me outdoors, engaging in various physical activities like cycling and practicing yoga. As an enthusiastic educator, I am on a mission to ignite a love for learning in others and empower them to reach their full potential.
