Hey there! I’m Olivia Kochan, a college golfer with the mission to be successful both on and off the golf course. My journey with golf began at 7 years old when I picked up my first club and felt an instant connection to the sport. Since then, I've dedicated countless hours to refining my skills and honing my technique. The golf course has become my second home, a place where I can challenge myself, find peace, and push the boundaries of my abilities. I'm currently pursuing a dual-degree in Sports business and Management Information Systems at Marshall University, where I'm fortunate to be part of an incredible golf program that not only values academic excellence but also encourages us to excel on the course. Balancing the demands of college life with my dedication to golf has been a challenging yet rewarding experience, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Throughout my golf career, I've had the privilege of competing in numerous tournaments, each one teaching me valuable lessons about resilience, determination, and sportsmanship. My goal is to continue improving my game, striving for excellence, and representing my college with pride every time I step onto the tee box. Off the course, I'm a firm believer in the importance of giving back to the community. I am looking for to using my love for golf as a platform to make a positive impact. As I look ahead to the future, I'm excited about the opportunities that await me, both in golf and in life. I'm committed to pushing my limits, chasing my dreams, and making my family, friends, and college proud.
