
I began swimming and running at the age of 5. I soon after joined a USA swimming swim club and have competed ever since. It has always been my goal to become a collegiate athlete. I would use running as a way to keep myself in swimming shape. I love working out, swimming, and running. The most important aspects of all of that are keeping up with hydration and replenishing your body with the proper fuel.
