Biography

I've been active in sports for as long as I can remember. From a young age, I trained professionally in synchronized swimming and freediving, disciplines that taught me discipline, body control, and teamwork. Alongside sports, I also developed my artistic side through some early experience in modeling. My journey into volleyball happened completely by chance when I was 13 years old - mostly thanks to my height - but it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. I quickly fell in love with the sport and started competing seriously. I went on to play for the AEL Volleyball Club and represented my high school team at The Grammar School in Cyprus, gaining valuable experience in both local and international competitions.
