Tennis player at Idaho State, ITF top 400 singles player and currently #1300 ATP-ranked in doubles. Performance coach with a background in Exercise Science and Coaching. Experienced in injury prevention, strength training, and rehab, having worked with elite athletes at Grand Slam events. Mentored by top coaches and physiotherapists, including Tomas Krupa and Jarda Navratil. Certified in CES, sports massage, and CPR/first aid, with nearly 200 hours of hands-on experience in athlete performance training. Passionate about helping athletes stay injury-free, perform at their best, and continue improving.
